2. What we collect
- Website enquiries: name and email when you contact us
- Learning accounts: name, email address, password hash
- Exam progress and scores (to provide the learning service)
- Purchase records via PayPal (transaction IDs — we do not store card details)
- Website usage analytics via Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID G-Q7PDWXQRVR) — page views and interaction events on public pages
3. How we use your data
To respond to consultancy enquiries, provide learning access, process payments, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Processors
We use Netlify (hosting), PayPal (payments), Google Analytics (traffic measurement on public pages), and optionally EmailJS (login codes and notifications). Each operates under their own privacy policies.
5. Retention
Enquiry and account data is retained while needed for the service or legal obligations. You may request deletion by emailing director@netforgecloud.net.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
