1. Service
NetForge Cloud Ltd ("we", "us") provides certification exam preparation materials through the NetForge Cloud Learning Portal. Content is for educational purposes and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any certification vendor unless explicitly stated.
2. Accounts
You must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per individual.
3. Purchases and access
Individual certification tracks are sold as one-time purchases granting lifetime access to that track's materials. All-access subscriptions grant 12 months of access to all tracks. Payments are processed by PayPal. Access is granted upon successful payment capture.
4. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the content, refunds are generally not offered once full access has been granted. Contact director@netforgecloud.net if you believe a charge was made in error.
5. Acceptable use
You may not share your account, redistribute question content, scrape materials, or use the service to provide competing exam-prep products.
6. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee exam passage. Materials are provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
