2. What we collect
- Account details: name, email address, password hash
- Exam progress and scores (stored to provide the service)
- Purchase records via PayPal (transaction IDs — we do not store card details)
- Certification requests you submit
3. How we use your data
To provide access to learning materials, process payments, respond to support requests, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Processors
We use Netlify (hosting), PayPal (payments), and optionally EmailJS (login codes and notifications). Each operates under their own privacy policies.
5. Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing director@netforgecloud.net.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
